At NEXO, we understand that every smile and every treatment is unique. That’s why our system is built with five aligner categories, based on the total number of aligners used across both arches.
Unlike many systems, NEXO adapts to real-life orthodontics, where treatments are often asymmetric. You may need more aligners on the upper arch and fewer on the lower or vice versa. With NEXO, that flexibility is built in.
As long as the combined total number of aligners fits the category, your treatment is fully supported.

Designed for moderate corrections. For cases requiring up to Two treatment setups and up to 50 aligners.
NEXO3
For complex cases requiring up to Two treatment setups and up to 80 aligners.
NEXO4
Supporting comprehensive treatments that require up to Two treatment setups and up to 120 aligners.
NEXO5
For highly complex cases, requiring up to Three treatment setups and up to 150 aligners.
