To ensure the highest-quality planning and predictable outcomes with the NEXO Aligner System, please prepare and submit the following materials for each case.

    Intraoral Scans

    Upper and lower arches (STL or compatible format)

  2. 02

    Intraoral Photographs

    Standard clinical views

  3. 03

    Extraoral Photographs

    Frontal, profile, and smile views

  4. 04

    Lateral Cephalometric X-ray

    For skeletal and growth assessment

  5. 05

    Orthopantomography (OPG)

    For overall dental and bone evaluation

Optional

  1. 01

    Visual Treatment Objective (VTO)

    For treatment projection and planning

  2. 02

    Arc of Closure Bite Scan Recording

    Using blue wax or Modjaw recording

  3. 03

    CBCT

    Indicated for real root segmentation and a reliable treatment approach.

Important notes

  • All records must be clear, accurate, and in digital format.
  • Ensure bite registrations are precise to allow reliable occlusal simulation.
  • Upload files via the NEXO submission portal.
